- Decommission existing sewer lagoon site including remove and disposal of existing chain link fencing, interior lagoon piping and control structures
- Strip existing topsoil off of lagoon walls and stockpile for reclamation of site
- Level out existing lagoon berms and grade for positive site drainage
- Import additional topsoil and lay out stockpiled topsoil over reclaimed area
- Apply hydro mulch to reclaimed site
