-Build new Storage Cell and Facultative Cell
-prepare and line cells with HDPE liner
-Install inlet, control and transfer structures at lagoon site
-Install control valves
-Directional drill installation of 10” Force main from town to lagoon site
-Directional drill installation of 12”gravity drain line from lagoon to outfall into Highwood River
-Install new lift station & generator building
-Re-grade gravity sanitary mains to flow to new lift station
-landscape, topsoil and seed both sites
-Work with Conoco Phillips and Legacy Oil and Gas to cross 30+ well lines
