-Excavation, Removal and Disposal of existing underground storage tanks previously used for holing gasoline
-Build a lined temporary containment cell to store PHC Impacted materials
-Removal and Disposal of 2500 tonnes of PHC Impacted Soils
-Import and backfill with clean fill to replace Impacted Soils
-Mill and recycle existing asphalt from the roadway to be used in the local campground to decrease dust
-Install a new road base and asphalt
