-Install 51 concrete manholes along trunk sewer main
-Install and underground siphon to take effluent across a creek
-Install steel casing under roads
-jackhammer through bedrock to lay piping
-tie into existing Town system and abandon existing piping
-reclaim farmland and all affected areas to a natural state
