-Install 1000m of gravity sewer main to replace existing siphon system
-install 7 concrete manholes along sewer main
-Work with Quicksilver resources to cross gas line
-plug and abandon existing manholes
-landscape, topsoil and seed site
-set up and manage temporary pumping for the complete by-pass of all town sewage for the duration of the project
